Excellent service from Dotsure

I took out an accidental policy for my furbaby Abby, as she was too old for the other plan options. I have never claimed before until now. From the time I spoke to Dotsure,I have had nothing but excellent customer services from them. Recently I had to claim and lodged the claim on Monday, after duly signed off by my local vet. On Monday, I received a call from Rachelle Fritz to say the claim was approved and the refund would be paid towards the end of this week. Yesterday, being Tuesday, my refund showed in my account in the afternoon. For me this is customer service like we are not used to anymore in south Africa. I am a proud policy holder of Dotsure and will continue to put their name forward to friends and family. Thank you to all at Dotsure.
