EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM BERNADINE BENCE

I would like to sincerely thank Bernadine Bence for her outstanding customer service and care. I had submitted my claim late monday 1 july 2019 and by the time i was going home Bernadine called me to say all was settled. She was so efficient and caring. She is a true assest to Dotsure. I had 2 more claims which i submitted on monday 15 july but i didnt get the same service from.the new claims handler. So i called bernadine bence yesterday and she gave me feedback within the hour.
