Thank you so much Heather M! I had a fantastic experience and i was admittedly very difficult to reach but she persisted patiently. I took the accident plan and eventhough that is the entry level option she handled me as a "big client". Very pleased with the service and hopefully i won't need to claim but in the unfortunate event that i do,i am confident their sercice will be just as excellent as what i have recieved today
