Excellent service

I have worked in the Insurance industry for a long time but I must give a thumbs up for Dotsure in the manner that they have handled my claim this far. The staff and everybody I spoke to was extremely helpful, returned calls when promised, advise progress and keep every aspect up to date. I phoned to advise them of a claim on a Saturday, the Monday my car was towed away, the same week on Saturday the assessor phoned me with his outcome.

Was very sceptical on placing my insurance with them but I must admit this is excellent service. Will advise how long it took to finalize the claim.
