Excellent service

I have had the best service with dot sure since I first started it for my 2 babies who are no 7 and 10 months, since then I have brought my mom's dog on Shiba and my sister has also open her own dog sure for her 2 cats, I have not have a problem with payments, and prices, thank the Lord my doggos aren't very sickly.

And now I have added my fourth doggo on the medical aid and I am so happy with the service I received from Kyla Knoetze, she has been so patient and understanding, she still made time to call me and follow up and today I finally decided while I have her on the line I'm just going to add my doggo because anything can happen.

Kyla Knoetze device was amazing and she gave the best advise and she was very informative of the policies and the extra for excess waiver I forgot the name.

I give Kyla Knoetze a 5 star rating for her amazing service, understanding and care for my doggos in their old age, I might not be able upgrade them now but she made me aware of what I can still do even if they are over the age.
