My claim was submitted this morning pass 9 and i just received a call from my claim handler Thato Mohlolo who advised me that my claim was approved. Everything was handled professionally with no fuss. i was kept updated at all times. Thank you Dotsure for excellent service i know my furbaby is in good hands with you.
