Excellent service

I recieved excellent service. I was assisted by a consultant named Chadwick who was extremely helpful, despite me having terrible reception and not being able to hear him most of the time he still remained very patient and polite he had no issue repeating any information I did not hear and made me feel very comfortable. He answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and I could really tell that he paid careful attention to everything that I said.
