Excellent service

My Boerboel died on Friday and on Monday morning I phoned to cancel the medical aid for the dog and put my other dog on another plan. The service I received was outstanding. Later in the evening I received another e-mail stating that they will feed a hungry shelter pet at AACL for a month on behalf of my dog that died. WOW!! and what is important is that I know they don't talk they do. A while ago I referred a friend and the next month my premium was 50% less for that month. Dotsure.co.za your service is excellent and thank you for feeding a shelter dog!!!!
