I have been with Dotsure Pet Insurance for almost 2 years. When my fiancé decided to surprise me with a puppy one year for my birthday, I knew I had to sign up. I have heard about Dotsure before, when we visited the Pet expo, and while on our way home after getting my chihuahua baby, I called Dotsure and signed up. Zeus was already covered before we arrived at home - a very quick and easy process. We decided to get another puppy for Zeus for be friends with, and decided to get another puppy from a different breeder. I called Dotsure, and Thor was covered while he was still part of his litter. I have never had any problems with claims, or payouts, and a few times I was surprised by the amountals paid out, as we were not sure about some stuff that would or would not be covered. We claim for nail clippings at the Vet, Flea Control, any injections, and aftercare when needed, without any difficulty. I also never waited longer than 2 days for a claim to be paid out. The service people are remarkable and friendly, and they are always eager to assist with any queries. I will continue recommending Dotsure to everyone I know.
