Excellent service as always

Within 2 days of getting insurance I had another incident where my little worsie got injured, I was worried about how it would look but tried to put in a claim for vet costs, 3 days later I got a call from a lady whos name I regrettably forgot, to tell me my claim went through, she's not in customer service but was happy to answer any questions I had.. I wish hellopeter had more stars.
