Excellent service as always

Dotsure is for me the best pet insurance. I'm on the ultimate plan for both my Jack Russells and I've only once had a minor issue that was quickly resolved.

My most recent interaction was with Siphosothando Matroos and she was very courteous and most helpful. After confirming the cause of the vet visit she immediately completed my claim and I was paid out the very next day. She even had the courtesy to call me back the same day to confirm it all.
