From day of submitting claim to pay out was exceptional service. I honestly wasn't expecting the full amount to be paid for the procedure, so that in itself helped us tremendously. Thank you for the excellent service delivery and prompt response to our claim. We even got an email for Skye our fur baby, wishing her well on the recovery process. That was a very sweet personal gesture and we loved receiving it.
