Excellent service and turn around times

I have joined the Dotsure family around middle 2021, and can definitely recommend this pet insurance company to anyone! I have recently been in and out of the VET and each time when submitting a claim, the turnaround time was phenomenal! Every time, after submitting a new claim, I would receive a call within 24 hours, confirming the claim and explaining the payout. Then within a couple of days the money will reflect in my bank account again. I have not received such friendly and great service from any company in a long time and can definitely recommend this company and have piece of mind when coming to your pets.
