Excellent Service and No Nonsense.

I have now had two extended warranty policies with Dotsure for vehicles that were out of their motorplan. On both occasions, when I have sent emails to cancel the policy, the service from Dotsure has been excellent.

No nonsense about them avoiding me or putting the phone down during a call. They contacted me within hours of my email, confirmed that I had sold the vehicle and that I needed to cancel the policy.

This was followed by an email confirming the cancellation and a note at the bottom that they hope I might use them again in the future. I certainly will !!!
