Excellent service and Customer Service from Jason Lovell
I received excellent service today from an agent by the name, Jason Lovell. There was a technical issue that required manual intervention. Jason assured me that he will have it resolved (and kept me updated in the process). It was fully resolved and he emailed me the document that i needed. Thank you so much for your excellent service Jason, the friendliness in your voice, is just the cherry on top. DotSure is blessed to have you.
