Excellent service again and again
I sent an email to Dotsure Customer Care on Thursday, 17 September 2020, at 11h10. By 11h28, I had already received a call back and the matter was resolved by Rebecca van der Breggen. This is a level of professionalism and friendly service I am still getting used to and it remains consistent. Every time I have dealt with Dotsure, the standard has been the same. We have also been through a claim/payout process with Dotsure and this was smooth, efficient and completely hassle free. If you are looking for an insurance/medical plan for your furkids, I highly recommend Dotsure.
