Excellent service

I had just took comprehensive cover for my vehicle in June and was involved in an accident on the 16th of July. I must say Dotsure gave me the best service ever. Even though the accident was not my fault, they told me that if the other motorist gives me the run around I can always come to them and open a claim to fix my vehicle and they will try to retain the costs from other party's insurance. Which is what I did because I went through hell with the other party's insurance...refusing and telling me to wait before they could repair my cay.

Zukisani Dotwana who was my claims handler at Dotsure and took me through the process profoundly. I would strongly recommend them...I ddnt even have to wait long for them to payout in order for me to repair my vehicle. I have a peace of mind knowing that I'm covered with dotsure really. My vehicle is currently being repaired. Thank you so much Dotsure insurance.
