Excellent Service!

Bella recently had to have an op for a hot spot that was not healing. I picked her up the same day, and on the vet's advice I took the bandages off the following evening and put her cone on. In the morning, I found her that her wound was open. She had managed to get her paw under the cone and got the stitches undone. Off to the vet again to be restitched. I submitted 2 claims which were both settled by the Friday of the same week as her op and sedation. Fast, no fuss and no stress.
