excellent Service
I submitted two claims to Dotsure on Monday 9th November 2020. I got e-mails back that same day, from Chantelle Groenewald, a Claims Administrator, to notify me that she is handling my claims. Both claims have been registered and I have been notified that the settlement amount will be paid within 2-3 days. This is outstanding service, which I do not get anywhere else.
