Excellent Service
I was assisted by Caylene Rhoodes, regarding my car insurance(fitment of a telematics device). I personally don't enjoy this process. But she was energetic, positive, friendly and skilled. The entire process went through seamlessly even though at some point our call got cut-off she reconnected immediately and we concluded the process. It is always nice being assisted by such consultants even the most dreary of calls are made pleasant enough for me to want to write a review.
