Lucinda Sauer FSP39925 I would just like to say that service in South Africa has really fallen out the window, or so I thought, then I had the honor in dealing with Lucinda from Dotsure.co.za who went out of her way to assist me with my query, not only did Lucinda assist me, she followed up with me and kept me up to speed without me having to pull my hair out. It was such a great experience dealing with you Lucinda, and if Management is reading this, Lucinda should receive a raise or some acknowledgement for her hard work and dedication.
