Lockdown was not good for my fur children and dotsure has been there all the way with me. A week ago Remmy had a knee operation, which is just as expensive as a human operation. Antoinette from dotsure phone me the moment to received my claim forms, explained the process and what my refund will be. She phone the same day to confirm that the claim and refund has been approved, and this morning payment was in my account. She has been very friendly and very helpful. We also received a get well soon card from them, wishing Remmy well. So nice
