I am blown away by Dotsure's service. I sent the claim in on Wednesday night, had a reply by Thursday explaining the claim breakdown. The money was in my account the next day! Some other animal medical insurance could learn from, up to 2 weeks to get a reply and 3 weeks to get the money back. Exceptional service from Reyhardt.
