Excellent service!

Took my dog to the vet and submitted my claim by email at 10.38 this morning. Received an email from Zanele Mhlaba at 13.30 today, indicating that the claim was approved and that the amount to be paid (which was exactly what I expected, based on my sums!) would be in my account in 1-2 days. In these days of declining service levels, this excellent response was a breath of fresh air! Well done to Zanele & Dotsure... very glad we chose them to insure our dogs!
