Excellent service

My darling dog took ill on Saturday and I rushed her to the vet. On weekends there is a surcharge and they took bloods and everything. So I was sure the bill would be more than Dotsure would pay. I submitted the claim when I got home and it was immediately acknowledged. 9am Monday morning they called to advise it will be paid and I was reimbursed on Tuesday - for the full amount excluding my excess.

Not only that but I received an e-card for my dog to wish her well.

The personal touch really made me feel as though the animals are front and centre at what the brand does and they really are focused on efficiency and fulfilment. I have such peace of mind now that should anything go wrong with my dog I am covered.
