Excellent service!
I've been with Dotsure pet insurance for four years and needed to add a second pet to the document. I also needed to change the annual payment to a monthly payment. I dealt with D'Angelo Whyte who was the epitome of what a call centre agent should be! Friendly, polite, super efficient and an asset to the firm. His follow up call was spot on the agreed time and the whole process was absolutely painless. Well done D'Angelo!
