Excellent service

<p>I recently started a pet insurance policy with Dotsure. The consultant who did my underwriting with me, Jeb, was incredibly helpful and unlike many underwriters, took care to ensure that I understood my contract, he read all the disclosures clearly and was a delight to deal with.</p> <p>There were some banking issues with my debit order and my policy was cancelled due to none payment. I phoned in to query what was going on, as I was certain that there were sufficient funds in my account. With the assistance and efficiency of Jeb, Chantelle, Heather and Sasha, my premium has come off successfully, my policy has been re-instated and they were all very understanding, professional and helpful.
