Excellent sales service from Jodi
A delightful young woman named Jodi assisted me with the insurance for my SPCA rescue dog, Sally. What a delight to communicate with a young woman who speaks clearly and succinctly whilst also maintaining a friendly and helpful manner. She talked me through the whole process and detailed the cover in full. She clearly knows her stuff! Jodi has my 5-Star rating for efficiency and helpfulness. *****
