06 Jun 2023, 09:49Good day, not sure if I can still compliment Uyema as I took the policy out as he confirmed that I could use the motor extender to pay for the R3000 excess. I have also asked him to confirm on email. When I received my policy, I saw that that is not the case as it clearly says that the motor extender cannot be used to pay the R3000 excess. I then called to confirm with another agent and the agent did confirm that excess cannot be used. I have cancelled my policy seeing that I have been misled. Should in the even that Uyema was right then I would come back to Dotsure regarding the Motor extender being used to cover the excess, but the wording seems clear.
