Excellent Professionalism, Concern for Fur-patient and Fur-mily Respect

I havent been with Dotsure Pet Insurance for very long at that stage but have never been treated with the respect, concern and professionalism I received from all your staff.

I added my 6 furbabies to the cover and within a few days one of my furbabies got tick bite fever and didn't make it.

When I called Dotsure to advise them, I spoke to Rebecca van Der Breggen and she listened while I cried and comforted me.

Then I received a beautiful email saying sorry for your loss. I cried more but it was because she had heard me.

Then my Leia got sick and a few days later my Spanish got Ill. Luzahn Jordan helped with these 2 claims.

Again, professionalism, respect and concern.
