I have to commend Emihle Klaas from Dotsure for excellent customer service! Thank you for registering my claim, giving me feedback, finalising the claim and made sure it got paid to me. All in a very friendly, professional and efficient manner. It is such a pleasure dealing with Dotsure and their staff. You really help making it easier taking your sweetheart to the Vet and getting them the very best care! Thank you!
