Excellent experience
Dotsure definately deserve a 5 star rating. If I could give more, I will definately do so. With my dog's illness claim I have received excellent service. Their communication is of a high standard as I could clearly hear what the consultant said over the phone (as consultants in general can have an issue with clear communication). Dotsure kept me in the loop with the claim process. They even contacted me after the payout of the payment was done to make sure that I am satisfied.
