EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES
A few weeks ago I requested an online quote for pet insurance and had a call back from Becca Nel. Wow what a pleasure it was to deal with such a pleasant lady, friendly, helpful and kind. She knew exactly what she was doing, she knows the product and gave all the information required for me to make a informative decision to take up the pet insurance for our dogs. What an amazing experience this was. I would recommend Dotsure to anyone that would like pet insurance for their animal children.
