Excellent Customer service!! Fast and efficient assistance

I had such amazing experiences with dotsure. From the onset when taking out their insurance for my fur babies. They were so sincere and sympathetic when I had to remove my 1 baby who had passed on. They even paid to feed a shelter pet for a month to honour the passing of my Lucy. This was so heartwarming. They are an excellent company. I've never had any problems dealing with them and are quick to respond to any queries I may have. 10/10 for sure
