Excellent customer service by Bernadine Bence
I am very satisfied with the assistance and service received Bernadine Bence during the course of the week. She was very accommodating towards my availability and understanding every time when I requested her to phone back at a different time, because something else urgently needed my attention. The quality of her customer service and her calm telephone “personality” is definitely an asset to the company.
