Excellent Customer Service
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received from Jo- Ann Louw. She has a deep understanding of her companies craft and has done a great job communicating with me through the process and helping me understand my policy. She represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me. Thank You.
