Although other service providers had similar offers, the excellent customer service I received from Jodi Muller was the reason I chose dotsure. She could answer all my questions, demonstrated excellent product knowledge and more than that she had endless patience with me. If I asked for follow up emails or phone calls she diligently followed through on the request and even after manr of her calls were unanswered she persevered to follow up with me and make sure I gage everything that was requested.
