Excellent Customer Service
Dealing with the claims team team at Dotsure is such a pleasure - they are fast, efficient and super friendly. I recently submitted 2 claims for my dogs, they were acknowledged, managed and paid out within 24 hours - THIS IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shout our to Sibahle Pebi who managed the claims. Keep up the great work!
