Excellent Customer Service

I received excellent customer service from Dotsure recently. I took my pet to the vet for an ear infection, and submitted my claim to Dotsure at around 3pm, when I got back home. Imagine my dismay, when my claim was approved and the payment was paid into our bank account by 5pm the same day!!! I have never had such excellent service before. Unbelievable! Thank you.
