EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I recently took out a Pet Medical Aid with Dotsure, and as with all such products one is inclined to be sceptical when it comes to actually claiming. My dog had to have a cyst removed recently and when I submitted the claim, both Sasha and Ansulette were super efficient in getting the claim settled. I submitted the claim on the Monday and by the Tuesday the funds were paid into my account!! I can truly state that Dotsure's product is all that and more and I cannot thank Sasha and Ansulette enough for the FANTASTIC service and for settling my claim so quickly and efficiently.</p>
