Excellent Customer Experience
I was so frustrated on Monday with my other policy that I cancelled, infact I was going somewhere but this young gentleman superceded my expectations. When I called in all that I wanted was to cancel everything with Dotsure however with him on the other end I felt like a queen. All the anger was gone in 2 minutes. His customer experience is out of this world . I am still covered by this company because of this guy , Jade Maart . he is a gem!!! Please see to it that he gets a reward,
