Excellent Claim Service
Chantelle Groenewald - Claims Adminstrator: Pet : I had the misfortune to claim for some of my fur baby's vet bills. From submitting my claim to approval it merely took 2 hours. Chantelle it with a grateful heart that I say THANK YOU for the excellent service and turnaround time in an industry where this is non excistent. This puts my mind at ease that should my little sausage dog ever need urgent help I know Dotsure will be there for me and him. This is confirmation that this is not just an Insurer but a friend when needed. Chantelle keep up the good work and thank you once again!!!
