Excellent Call Centre Service from Jaen Boshoff
Brilliantly professional (and FAST) assistance and service from Jaen Boshoff. Despite my not being able to take a call I had previously arranged, and then being unable to take calls for several days thereafter, Jaen maintained contact and I took out our policy this afternoon. Had it not been for Jaen's persistance (NOT the annoying kind, either), our EIGHT animals would not now be DotSure Pets! Thank you Jaen.
