Excellent and proactive response from Dotsure!

I was only browsing their website, when I received a call from Heather MacKenzie - have not quite worked out how she was able to pick up that I was looking for pet insurance! In any event, Heather took me through the cover, conditions and costs in a very informative and professional manner. If this is a sign of things to come with Dotsure, I will be very impressed!
