i have a policy with dotsure and experienced a problem on Thursday afternoon. i sent Michelle an email requesting assistance . she phoned me within 5 minutes and assisted me in a very professional manner. she phoned me a few times before she left at the end of her shift. she phoned me back the following morning to follow up if my problem was solved.she is an asset to the company
