EXCELENT SERVICE
I had to submit a claim for my pets on dotsure pet insurance on the 28th of December and my claim was processed and finalized within a few hours of my submission. My claim handler was Chantelle Groenewald and i would just like to thank her for her swift responses and finalizing the claim so quickly and her excellent service. So happy that my pets are insured with them.
