You know being a pet owner is filled with a lot of anxiety about our animals future. But Dotsure helps take some of that anxiety away by answering my questions, helping me as fast as they can and even asking for feedback. Not many places do that which is why the day I joined Dotsure was the best choice I made. They explain everything step by step, they contact you if you need clarity on something and when you need to update something it’s as easy as logging into your profile and doing it. They even managed to sort out a claim within 5 hours of it being submitted (no arguments from their side just the payment and a get well soon for my dog).
