Error on policy
<p>After making an error on my policy you refuse to pay the claim.... enough said you are looking for any excuse to to pay the claim. I will now report this matter to the ombudsman and the FSP</p>

The matter was referred to the relevant department and we confirm that the reimbur*****t for the towing cost was authorised on condition that you submit proof of payment. However, the proof of payment you submitted and the way in which the insured vehicle was towed was not accepteble and you were advised of same.
We trust you find this in order.

making an error on my policy and leaving me stranded at the side of the road is not exceptable. Dotsure left me with no assistance and it was up to me to make a plan to get my vehicle and trailer home. the fact remain that Dotsure made the error not me. Dont look for stupid excusses not to reimburse me. DOTSURE GAVE ME A POLICY WITH ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE AND WHEN I NEEDED THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE I WAS TOLD I DO NOT HAVE THE COVER, IF MADE AWARE OF THIS COVER WHEN I TOOK THE POLICY I WOULD OF MADE AN EFFORT TO GET ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.. I WAS MISLEAD BY DOTSURE AND GIVEN "FALSE COVER" AND YET STILL PAY FOR THISCOVER..... DOTSURE **** TO ME AND LEFT ME WITHOUT THE AGREED COVER
