I made a claim on the 20/07/2022, my adviser is Barbie fourie. I submitted everything on the 25/07/2022 . Called to make a follow up on Monday they said everything is uploaded on the system. On the 26 Barbie calls n say they are not opening sent them via WhatsApp she didn't even bother to say that she received the images I sent her. Till today no feedback . Mxm I'm angry with this insurance
