Elroy Daseman is one of the best agents there He was very persistent and ensured to read all disclaimers and TandCs on the 3 calls we had. Very patient with me on the line while i was asking multiple questions on the call on the 1st Nov And he assured all of my concerns. As some one who works in the call center industry i applaud his product knowledge and soft skills Did a good job, i appreciate all the information sent to me as well Looking forward to our follow up call in December lol
